Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted for return. For hygiene reasons, certain personal care products cannot be returned once opened.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: opened personal care products, products marked as final sale, gift cards, and downloadable software products. If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact our customer service team.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed via mobile money or bank transfer.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues to our delivery agent.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Return Shipping

For returns due to defective or damaged products, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
